We ensure there is a clear understanding of the business objectives and scope through the entire project team. We identify and manage project risks proactively. And most importantly, our Project Managers are leaders empowered by Vision to act in the best interest of the customer's success. And most of them are PMI-certified, and are in the process of pursuing certification.
